Like if you sell your soul to some guy for a dollar then you sell it again to some pizza place for five dollars then you sell it to like some other guy for 10 dollars then you sell it to Satan for 15 dollars does that mean when you die it goes to battle royale between all the buyers and whoever wins gets it, or does the first guy who bought it get it because he bought it first, or does Satan get it because he paid the most?

Like if that makes sense.

I think they would have to hire lawyers and take it to court.

God, because it wasn't yours to sell in the first place as we only lease it from Him.

Where is the court located? Is it small claims court in the area you sold it in?

So that brings up the question of if you sold it to a pizza place in Australia, then later you sell it to Satan at a crossroads in Mississippi, which court has jurisdiction over both of their claims?

Because this is a metaphysical question, I believe it would be handled by the court of Heaven.

This reminds me of the story Esau who sold his birthright for a free meal. It didn't work out very well for him did it?

Everyone gets part of it, like stock. For example, Monica Lewinsky holds 54% stock in Bill Clinton's soul.
