Can't find the link now, but I recently watched a video on youtube shot by a sovereign citizen moron while getting stopped by the police. His argument was that he, as a Black man, does't have to obey the U.S. law because of the Dred Scott ruling.

The usual Sovereign Citizen "logic" is that there are "Sovereign Citizens" subject only to the common law and natural law and "14th Amendment Citizens" shackled by civil law and that it's possible to resume being a Sovereign Citizen if you only do what the seminar sells to the suckers who believe it. From there, it's not such a stretch to believe that if you are a black man, then because of Dred Scott, if you aren't a 14th Amendment Citizen you are not subject to U.S. law at all.
