What does ''who would win?'' even mean in this context? Who would win an election (where?)? Who will win this poll?

It means who would win a US presidential election (discuss with maps etc.).

We're both Dutch. Can we atleast make it a Dutch election? I haven't seen any maps anyway Tongue.
