Looking at the map, it seems most places that you would expect to have, has it now. It will be nice when the western hemisphere is more dark blue, but how long until the backwards, homophobic sh**tholes in Africa and Asia catch up?
East and SE Asia won't be too long in catching up. Thailand and Vietnam iirc are introducing civil unions, Taiwan is planning on ignoring the overwhelming referendum against SSM last year, Duterte has endorsed SSM (although god knows what that dude is up to half the time) and it isn't impossible to imagine gay marriage in ROK/Japan/China in the next few decades.
One big problem that a lot of countries have is they don't even have civil marriage to begin with, which includes most Muslim countries and Israel. Not that Iran or Saudi Arabia would be introducing gay marriage anytime soon even if they had it.
