President Hillary Clinton is in office. Former Virginia Gov. and Sen. George Allen wants his old job back, he easily clears the VA GOP field. Despite George Allen's racial past, he still is running neck and neck with Democrat Ralph Northam who beats Tom Perriello in the primary.

However, Allen's campaign leaks out Ralph Northam in a racist photo in the 1980s.

Probably low turnout with black voters overall? Who wins?

Allen handily defeats Northam, and I suspect Vogel and Adams are swept in a mini-wave too.

Allen wins decently (roughly 4-5), though if Perriello won the primary he'd probably win, especially if Allen's racial past was reexamined.
