This is good, except 5 and 6. The government should in no way finance any campaign.

Government should be the only one financing campaigns. Specified amount given based on location and media market, no private donations or personal funds allowed.

Republican AGs across the nation are salivating.

Yep, they'd try and use this to disenfranchise as many people as possible to make it easier for their party to win, no shock there.
