A Republican region that doesn't like the GOPe is the mirror image of California's heavily Democratic Emerald Coast with liberal ideologues. What Republican counties have such conservative ideologues?

The Idaho Panhandle is a good example. The Mat-Su Valley in Alaska is pretty similar.
