Right now at the Alex Sink Watch Party, people are very on edge. A lot of people have mixed emotions. Senator Tom Harkin went out on stage, and started a little chant, and now people are cheering, "S-I-N-K She is gonna win today!

Everyone is still very excited, and the crowd is growing every minute. The Watch Party is being held at the Hyatt Place in Downtown Des Moines.

Iowa, I know this isn't what we wanted. I'm so sorry that I couldn't give all of you a win tonight. I know a lot of you are sad, but don't cry, don't dwell on this. They'll say that we need to give up, but if we give in, then who are we? We given a voice to so many young girls and boys, and so many families. So, no, we will not give in. This campaign is one of hope, with bold ideas. We're going to stay in, we're going to take it to New Hampshire, and Nevada, and South Carolina, and every other state in this great country.

If you would've told us that we would've gotten 30% in Iowa 8 months ago, we would've written you off. We would've said that there is no way. Well, we've done it folks. We were so close to 2nd place, but everything happens for a reason. So, all of you I have one request. You go home, you take a shower, you get some sleep, and tomorrow, you do your best. You work hard for yourself, your family, and for this country. We depend on you, we depend on your voices. I want you all to campaign hard with us, I want you to help us along this way.
