No, and while the KKE does have historical links to Stalin, I admire their heroic resistance against the brutal killings and expulsions organised and directed by the United States, in the course of a counter-insurgency which restored the traditional elites to power (including Nazi collaborators) and suppressed the peasant- and worker-based communist-led forces that had fought the Nazis.

The party has significantly moved away from ""Stalinism"" to the point where Trotskyists now make up a noticeable portion of the party's members, and considering the fact they routinely earn between five and ten percent of the popular vote, they clearly have more electoral appeal than some fringe candidate (which is even more impressive considering the KKE is on the hard left). Also, I couldn't care less about their "anti-gay" opinions.
