The mainstream media is far too lax on trump
Other than editorial boards, journalism is about reporting facts, not personal opinions. Trump's lies and other problems have been covered properly by most channels and papers.
Honestly, I think the orange clown doesn't always lie on purpose. He just hasn't a clue and tells some crap that comes to his mind or he "believes" he heard somewhere. Especially on his rallies or on interviews when he has to give spontaneous answers. That's why the media often calls them falsehoods or mistruth. Not that this makes it any better for Trump's part. He's such a pathological liar that he doesn't know the difference between truth and lie.
