AN ACT
To formally delegate to the First Minister the responsibility of reporting the status of current and former officeholders to forum administrators

Section 1: Title

This legislation may be cited as the Fremont Officeholders Act.

Section 2: Reporting current and former officeholders to Atlas Forum administrators

For the assignment of Fremont government officials to the Atlasia Politicians list, the First Minister shall be formally responsible for reporting new, incoming (per the result of a regional election), current, and departing officeholders of the Commonwealth of Fremont to an Atlas Forum administrator.

So now that, thanks to the painstaking work of Virginia, we have an "Atlas Politicians list" to assign these cool new statuses to people, it would behoove us to assign the duty of reporting the status of current, incoming, and outgoing officeholders in Fremont to one of the modadmins.  Instead of dumping all that work on YE, I believe that each region should adopt a similar system so as to avoid flooding the modadmins' inboxes with the same messages.

Under this bill, it would become the formal duty of the current regional executive (i.e. First Minister) to oversee and report the statuses of regional officeholders.

In light of the president's executive order on this subject and Virginia's stated desire to have updates come from a single designated forumite, should this be changed to have the FM report to the relevant federal officer (as opposed to the modadmin)?

Yes the President has already created an unnecessary senate confirmed position to be responsible for informing Virginia of necessary changes. There is no need for each region as well to allocate responsibility individually. The federal office should handle it all.

This seems like a good idea in theory and has a good intention in aiming to regionalize the game, but this is just going to make the process of updating badges overly complicated.
