This bill doesn't need to be modeled off of real life. Typically young people nowadays only hold a job for three years, so I think a year or a year and half would be a better length of time for a worker to receive these insurance wages. Also I chose 12 weeks because that is equivalent to 3 months, which seems like a reasonable amount of time to find a new job.
