One quick question is this based on the recent real life law and if so, does it take into account previously passed reform efforts in Atlasia during the course of 2017 and 2018? I do know that seem to always have at least one "Criminal Justice" related bill come up every few months, so it is important to keep those that actually passed in mind when reviewing these.
