Obviously Sanders is DOA though, and once people hear about one line he wrote in an essay 47 years ago, he'll lose 80% of his support. Roll Eyes Considering that he pretty much went in all for IA and NH early on last time around, it's clear that he's making some different tactical decisions this time around, and is trying to appeal to a wider base of voters. Whether or not he's successful in doing so is a different story and yet to be seen, but barring some enormous unforeseen event, he's not getting some 7th place showing in Iowa. He's a contender, whether Atlas posters like him/want to admit it or not.

Yeah he is and has every right to run. But his hardcore zealots ironically remind me of Hillary's from 2016. Bernie deserves the nomination, and anyone who stands in his way must be destroyed, general election be damned.

Of course he's not entitled the nomination, and has to make his case. I'll accept the results of the Democratic primaries, I'm just saying that he's got a very real chance of winning.

You hear Democratic establishment,

Bernie is running a 50-state campaign. The way it should be.

If Bernie wins the nomination, he would be smart to do a Kerry-Edwards train-tour type campaign in the heartland.

You're right. They're secretly socialist, but they just don't know it yet. If only Democrats stopped talking about identity politics they'd come home.

I normally dont watch these kinda things, but Im snowed in and have nothing better to do. So far, Im highly impressed. Didnt expect Turner to be such a great speaker.
She voted for Jill Stein and encouraged others to do so as well.

The horror!

Assuming Beto runs and takes TX and the lionshare of those delegates, Kamala wins Cali and does decent in the South, I don't expect Bernie to perform any better in the South this time. I'm not really seeing a lot of big states where Bernie can net a lot of delegates at this point. I doubt he wins Florida, Illinois maybe, NY really seems his best shot but that comes pretty late in the game when his momentum would likely be long gone. Beto could also possibly eat into Bernie's 16' Midwest states or Biden, the more you look at it his path is pretty narrow.

I have to apologize. She didn't technically didn't endorse Stein. She only campaigned with her and continued to bash Clinton after the nomination was lost.

You’re always over exaggerating. Nobody has said anything as absurd as Sanders finishing 7th in Iowa. Most people acknowledge that the primary will probably whittle down to him vs. Someone Else. What is being rebuffed is the notion that he has the nomination sewn up, the nomination was really his last time and he will finally win now that the big, bad, behemoth witch Hillary Clinton isn’t conspiring against him. Which is fantasy in and of itself.

If you watch the video she introduced Jill Stein as the next speaker at the event she was at and on TV when asked who shes supporting she said the american people so not Jill Stein
Two candidates.

1.) Constantly sh**t on (Hillary)
2.) Hug and make her seem like the best lady ever (Jill Stein)

De facto endorsement.

I'm hardly the only one who exaggerates, and I'm not exaggerating that much. There are several posters here who think that he's DOA. I've only seen one poster argue that he has the nomination "sewn up", and only one other poster who argues that Clinton literally stole the nomination. Believe it or not, most people with a positive opinion of Sanders don't fit the "BernieBro" narrative.

Just because no one saw doesn't mean it was a good move by either Nina Turner or by Bernie Sanders to associate herself with herself.

Say what you will but between the new emphasis on his civil rights background, getting rid of some of his worst advisors from the 2016 campaign, and combining his hair Tongue. It’s safe to say Bernie is gonna run are much more serious campaign from last time

Of course, this tweet has 0 context, which I shall provide.

1. We dont actually have the crowd size yet, which is to be reported tomorrow. The number used(13K) is an estimate made by Buzzfeed. Other groups have estimated 19K, 15K, and 25K.
https://heavy.com/news/2019/03/bernie-sanders-brooklyn-rally-crowd-size-photos-how-many/

2. The rally was held after a snowstorm.

3. This is just my opinion, but it seems disingenuous to only use the population of Oakland, and then use the population for the NYC area. The bay Area has around 9 Million people.

Anyway, this is, of course, a really flawed comparison. Especially considering Sanders is hosting his rally in a state he lost in 2016, whereas Harris is holding it in her own homestate.

1. If we take the average of those four estimates, it ends up being 18k, still lower than Kamala's 22k.

2. Fair point, but to be honest snow isn't a huge deterrent for this type of stuff, particularly in NYC.

3. By that logic, shouldn't we count the entire NYC area of 17,000,000 as Bernie's potential crowd?
