John Kerry-yes; will do OK
John Edwards- see John Kerry, but knock off 1-3%
Mark Warner-yes; its too early to call
Evan Bayh-see Warner, but knock off 1%
Russ Feingold-maybe; wont do so well or will do great, one of the two.

Newt Gingrich-maybe; wont do good
Mitt Romney-maybe; will do a little better than Gingrich
Haley Barbour-no
Mike Huckabee-doubt it, but its possible

John Kerry - no; he'll pull a last-minute Gore
John Edwards - dunno; has toured every state, but didn't inquire about his chances when the DPA was holding their chairmanship race.
Mark Warner - yes
Evan Bayh - no; too dull.  I don't really think that he has presidential ambitions, even though he has given every implication otherwise.
Russ Feingold - dunno

Newt Gingrich - dunno; he has given that impression though.  Has-been.
Mitt Romney - yes; and if he does, I will register Republican and vote for him in the primaries (if Edwards/Gephardt don't run)
Haley Barbour - dunno
Mike Huckabee - yes; and he'll probably win
Mark Sanford - don't know enough
John McCain - no; people will be guessing til the end, just like 2004
Jeb Bush - no; he said he wouldn't, and I believe him

John Kerry - YES - And he won't suffer a total blow out.
John Edwards - YES - He'll do badly
Mark Warner - Not Sure - Probably, if only to raise his profile.
Evan Bayh - YES - Wildcard, might do well or badly, depends.
Russ Feingold - YES - Another wildcard.

Newt Gingrich - NO - Might toy with it, as Hart did in 04.
Mitt Romney - YES - Could confound expectations
Haley Barbour - NO - He could face trouble in MS
Mike Huckabee - YES - Yes, probably ends up as the RR's man.
Mark Sanford - Not Sure - Possibly and he'd probably win.
John McCain - YES - His last chance for the big job.
Jeb Bush - NO - Doesn't want it, at least not in 08.
