Do a but for analysis. If but for the fact that they are a subset of Jews is your reason for disliking them, then yes thats antisemitic. If your reason for disliking a group has nothing to do with being Jewish then its not. For example, I said negative things about George Soros for almost 10 years before discovering that he happened to be Jewish. That is not antisemitic because Jewish identity has literally nothing to do with my dislike of Soros. If however you dont like "Jewish bankers" that they are Jewish is inherently part of the description, otherwise you would have just said bankers a large majority of whom are not Jewish.
