How fast is this supposed to move in the courts?
Is this expected to actually reach the Supreme Court?

They're still litigating eminent domain cases on the border from Bush's term, so never.

Never, because there will be ongoing litigation about whether he can declare a state of emergency and use it divert funds for the wall up until January 2021, at which point the incoming Democratic president will cancel the state of emergency.

Welcome to the #Resistance, Ann Coulter.

The real national emergency is that Ann f**king Coulter is acting more reasonably than the President of the United States.

Trump admits right off the bat that he "didn't need" to declare a national emergency:

It's like when Bush admin chief of staff Andy Card said in August 2002 that "imminent threat" was going to have to wait until closer to the midterms.

There are countless things you can criticize Trump on, and most of them are valid. The one thing people don't talk enough about IMO, regardless of his politics, racism and all that stuff, is that the man just CANNOT do something without f___ing it up. This is why Trump winning re-election in 2020 would be to me comparable to the fall of Rome.

LOL.
I cant wait to hear from some of our Atlas-own "stupidest people in his base" blue-avatars, and how they defend this Fascist move from the Orange Moron.
Should be good stuff; get the popcorn ready.

The impact of the border on wild life and the environment in the already fragile Sonoran Desert is deadly therefore I strongly oppose the wall.

Also the wall is not fiscally responsible. The last thing we need is another big government program that is useless and adds to our overall national debt.

Get down to the root cause of the issue and punish businesses who hire illegal immigrants. Arizona voters inadvertently made the problem worse when they passed an 11.00 per hour minimum wage and mandatory paid sick leave statewide. The market in Southern Arizona is not able to handle an 11.00 per hour minimum wage floor. Maricopa County can but not Nogales or Tucson. This will only encourage businesses to hire more illegal immigrants.

No, too easy to escape like El Chapo did from a Mexican prison.

Send Trump to the ultra-max in Colorado instead. The added benefit is that Calthrina can visit him more easily and remind him that the Dems are just as bad as he is.

I would say let's bring House of Cards (America Works) into a real life.
