Who was the last GOP presidential nominee to perform well with Haitian-American voters in NJ, NY, CT, TX, NC, FL, states where they populate the most?

I can't find any data off hand, but what do you mean by "perform well"?...

I would be very surprised if any GOP Presidential candidate ever got more than ~25% with this group.

Made inroads in those communities, actually got 10% of the vote.

Maybe Bush in 2004?

Bush in 2004 is probably right, as he did win 15-20% of the African American vote. I don’t see Trump even coming close to winning the African American vote in 2020 (I think he will get maybe 5% of the African American vote if he is lucky), though it is possible that Mike Pence (assuming that Trump is re-elected in 2020) may reach Bush 2004 levels with the African American vote of he runs in 2024.

Bush got 11% of the black vote in 2004, and even that isn't likely to be reached by any modern Republican in the future unless they're winning in a national landslide.

Whats the demo's of Haitians?

GOP presidents may have done well with Nigerians earlier on but I don't think it applies to Haitians because in general they are poorer and less educated than the average Nigerian immigrant.
