So, Bibiana Steinhaus was the referee in the German Bundesliga game between Bayern Munich and Augsburg and Iran decided not to stream it on TV because a woman was the referee:

This week they forced another wrestler (maybe judo?) to forfeit a match so he wouldn't have to appear on a podium with an Israeli wrestler.

The regime censors handholding and removes certain female characters to appease the old farts in Qom, these things are sadly not surprising.

Maybe Iran should be blocked from broadcasting the next few games as well, gender of the referee not withstanding.
