He was hit while walking "for unknown reasons" by a dump truck "as he tried to cross westbound lanes". This was at 6:37am, no less. Twitter rumors are saying he was jogging or working out, which would fit for that time of the morning. Though, it still wouldn't explain why he crossing an interstate.

I feel bad for athletes have to match the tremendous expectations put on them at really young ages. It's easy for fans like me to criticize them when they get caught with guns, smoking weed, or whatever else. But, I didn't have the spotlight of the national media on me when I was 21.

When it comes to Haskins, he'd never even had any legal issues. His problem in the NFL was bad work ethic which led to him being cut by the Washington Football Team only two years after being drafted 15th overall.

I've heard rumors among the local community (being from Broward) that his car broke down on 595 & for reasons (e.g., seek help from a passerby? Start to walk to the nearest open Autozone?), that's why he was trying to cross the highway.

Obviously can't verify, though.

Strange because in 2018 the inevitable happened I had to walk in IA on a freeway and nothing bad happened to me there weren't any Dump trucks that killed me, very strange he didn't get hospitalized instead of being killed, strange indeed
