Seems like a good, necessary bill to me. My only concern is Section 3.2.c due to asking for an appointment from the First Minister and a parliamentary process, in the circumstances in which such moves concerning NPCs seldom take place.

I do agree with Lumine that the FPS Director position would definitely be unnecessary for something that only really impacts NPCs. I have introduced an amendment to get rid of this.

I'd say so, the amendment ON Progressive posted seems to solve the issue pretty well. Other than that, happy to support this!
