What if Beto decides not to run for President and instead continue to pursue a United States Senate seat, challenging incumbent John Cornyn. Who do you see winning?

Beto came within 2.5% but in a D+8 year, in a neutral year, he would have lost by 10.5. Let's say 2020 is a D+4 year then, Beto loses by 6.5. Even if we consider that Cornyn is.more unpopular than Cruz (which makes no sense) Beto would lose by something like 4-6%.
