I guess this shows that America is very democratic.  Even the dumb people are well represented.

Wow everyone knows that REAL MEN don't eat rabbit food. I'm afraid the representative has outed himself as a latte sipping sissy libtard vegan homo-sexual.

A former colleague of mine used to say: "Salad isn't food.  Salad is what food eats."

You're not a REAL man unless you eat a diet that's so bereft of vegetables that you have to spend three or more hours a day on the toilet painfully passing several pounds worth of red meat.

Global warming will definitely benefit a few.  And harm a great many.

Republicans love that combination...

They're too well represented. It's astounding that the Republican party is actually getting less intellectual on environmental issues.

TBH, a 3 meter rise (2100 very high scenario) in ocean levels wouldn't flood that much. There are far bigger issues climate change will cause.

Not counting potatoes and maybe corn, I can't remember the last time I consumed a vegetable.  I even do my best to pick them all off premade sandwiches and the like.

I guess I've had guac too, so one more exclusion.

Oh absolutely. I was thinking more in the American context, and in relation to acidification, desertification, etc. Still a problem, obviously.

Do you have any concept of Florida? and really much of the Gulf/Atlantic coast.  It's quite a bit different from California.

Check out this NOAA tool that simulates sea level rise up to 10 feet along the U.S. coast.

Really a 1 meter rise would totally mess with Florida.  The state is basically beach-road-condo.  There ain't no levees.
