She did talk about CHIP and FMLA, but they didn't get any coverage because nobody cared. Can we please stop with the myth that Hillary didn't campaign on issues and its cousin that if only she had Smiley campaigned more on policy Smiley she would have beaten Trump?

Considering it’s one of the few good things, and she deserves legit credit for them, she’s done, yes.
It amazes me that she didn't talk about them. Voters too young to remember them may have thought that she and Bill were DINOs who gave the Republicans everything they wanted and got nothing in return.

Bill Clinton accomplished quite a lot given that he was hemmed in by a hostile GOP Congress.  Those were BILL Clinton's accomplishments, however.

If Hillary were to take credit for Bill's successes, she'd have to take blame for his scandals.  From a strategic point of view, there is no way to cherry pick these issues.

No? She gets to share credit for "Bill's accomplishment" on CHIP because she played a particularly active role, not because of some weird marriage-osmosis of merit.
