I have to admit that Demrep is doing better than I expected...when does the voting end?

This is the second of three primaries right? Best 2 out of 3?

This is the first. The other one was scratched because of the cross-voting situation because Democrats were voting for who they thought would be easier to beat.

If I WERE nominated, I face the problem of finding a good VP candidate. I would pick YoungRepub, but he's already the Republican Chairman, thus he would have to give up ALL of his power to run with me. And if we both lose, then he has nothing. I doubt he would be willing be on my ticket for that reason.

Accordingly, any of you Republicans out there who support me (which is minimal) and think you can help me balance the ticket a bit, let me know.

I agree, I think you should find a Republican to balance out the ticket IF you were elected. We've still got a little till we know the nominee.

And I am glad you would think of me but I feel I would be too inexperienced for VP, I lack a basis on some issues.

Wait, I looked over the votes with a fine tooth comb and I count 3 for me and two for Demrepdan.

Mr. Chairman,

Once again I don't care because this whole thing is stupid... BUT Smiley

Most states' primaries have a write-in option and those write-in votes are counted.  I would ask that my vote as well as that of DarthKosh be counted and added to the totals, although I can understand how GWBFan's vote could be excluded due to re-joining the party after the voting period began.

All the people that have decided to add candidates to the ballot, you have had the time to declare candidicy and you did not meet the deline to be included on this ballot. You will be added to the next primary if you wish.

Wait, GWBFan has 2 write in votes. He is quite close to the Official Candidates, it does affect you two.

Not anymore.  I'm not running.  Even if I won in write-ins, I wouldn't except the nomination.  One of the write-in votes was me, so I'll decide at a later date which candidate I'll throw my support behind.

I bet everyone's getting confused about just what the heck I'm doing.  Me too.

Whomever sent in that e-mail vote for me, God bless you! And I encourage ALL of my Republican friends, who may not want to make their vote known to the public, but yet want to vote for me, to do so. E-mail our Chairman YoungRepub! If we Republicans work TOGETHER, we can take the Presidency by full force!

I would advise all of those who are voting to go back and look at my speeches on the Republican thread and the General one before they cast a vote.  I will be making speeches on other possitions as time passes.

I agree with Supersoulty. Make sure you know us better as a candidate before you cast your vote. An educated voter, is a good voter.
