Joke political future threads or threads about the political future of obscure/boring politicians after this point will be merged here to prevent Atlas's notorious bandwagoning from flooding the board index.

After a possible landslide defeat next month, what will Toni Preckwinkle do in the last legs of her political career? Will she stay a bit longer on the Chairman position or retire? Will she act as a point-giver to Lori Lightfoot?

Newsom will probably serve two terms as Governor, run unsuccessfully for POTUS in '24 or '28, and have a nice job in the Cabinet or an ambassadorship in the late 2020s/early '30s.
