This will be one of the polls that the DNC uses to determine debate inclusion, so which of the 3rd tier candidates manage to get 1% rather than 0% is actually relevant.

This. Sanders is in a close second and Harris and O'Rourke do surprisingly poorly.

21 candidates? Great, but better not be including Michelle, Hillary, or Oprah. Will probably have Bloomberg and Brown though, with numbers that aren't 0. I'm thinking that, given the number of names included, and their focus on Iowa, we'll see Delaney and Yang at 1% or higher, nudging them ever closer to debate inclusion.

*Yawn*. Biden will be at the top and Sanders will be second. If this continues into next year, when the contests actually start, we might just get the most surprisingly boring primary ever.

Biden is a lot better at fighting back than Hillary. Look at how he manhandled Ryan.

The article was corrected to 20.

So, I guess the 14 declared candidates will be asked.

But what about the other 6 ?

Biden, Beto and Bullock for sure.

3 remaining. Who would that be ?

Maybe they still indcluded Bloomberg and Brown or something.

They are not polling candidates who have already ruled it out, unless they did so in the past days (like Bloomberg, Brown and Merkley). Obama and Oprah are highly speculative and they are not polled either.
