The rules are simple enough: just rank everyone in order of preference. For the sake of simplicity, we will use the candidates in this table:

As of December 5, 2019, here's the alphabetical list:

Michael Bennet
Joe Biden
Michael Bloomberg
Cory Booker
Pete Buttigieg
Julián Castro
John Delaney
Tulsi Gabbard
Amy Klobuchar
Deval Patrick
Bernie Sanders
Tom Steyer
Elizabeth Warren
Marianne Williamson
Andrew Yang

Other candidates that I like or might like since I haven't bothered to research them much since they aren't doing well: Gabbard, Yang, Williamson, Inslee, Buttigieg

That's pretty much how I feel as well. I am not sure whether Sanders or Warren would be better, but it may not be likely that those two will be the last two remaining in a year (or so) from now.

As for who will be the last 4-6 candidates to chose from,
? = maybe
?? = less likely

Biden?
Harris?
Sanders?
Warren?

Klobuchar??
Gillibrand??

and maybe one or two others.

I could see many if not most of these being eliminated early (except possibly Sanders, who may be the frontrunner eventually even if he doesn't get the nomination)

It's still very early so this is just speculation and highly subjective, but it will be interesting to come back in a year and look at this thread.

Buttigieg probably won't be in the top tier, and I am wondering if voters want to risk going with a gay candidate. Certainly a gay candidate could win, but it is unlikely that he will win the nomination anyway. He seems like a very nice person and is quite likeable.

edit: There is no way that I would vote for Trump and because PA is the most critical swing state this time around, I can't see voting for a third party candidate this time around.
