Former Mayor Andrew Gilum successfully defeated Bernie Sanders for the Democratic nomination in 2020 and managed to narrowly win both the popular vote and electoral Vote against incumbent President Donald Trump and incumbent Vice President Mike Pence. 4 years later Senator Romney despite coming in third in the Republican primaries behind Nikki Haley and Ted Cruz, he won on a third ballot at a contested convention successfully winning the Republican nomination for President. Romney vowed to only do one term.

Who wins and what does the map look like?

Gilum wins.

Romney is an empty suit as we saw in 2012, and he also wouldn't excite a single voter except for that one dude around here who apparently wants to marry him.

I do not believe Ted Cruz would defeat Mitt Romney in the Utah caucuses. I also do not see how that map could result in a contested convention, it looks as Cruz would comfortably win on the first ballot. But ignoring that, I would see Gillum winning, especially if the economy is in good shape and putting into account that Gillum is much more charismatic and appealing than Romney.

I made a mistake on Utah because Romney definitely would win Utah in the primaries.

Gillum can't campaign to save his life, so Romney picks up a few vital Trump 2016 states and wins.
