They're not saying that Chelsea Clinton is responsible for the massacre. They're pointing out how just recently she was joining the right-wing in attacking one of the 3 Muslims in congress because they dared to criticize Israel. She hasn't done anything to combat Islamophobia.

Part of the problem with some of these trending things on twitter, is they keep trending because people keep going on there and for every person complaining about Clinton, there are three or four complaining about this issue trending in the first place so it just keeps getting mentions.

I suggest that we don't let the most extreme supporters of any candidate define the whole group of supporters. The fact is that most democrats in 2016 liked BOTH Sanders and Clinton, which is something you would never deduce from surfing the internet. That's because the internet are filled with the most extreme and hateful people. What I do think is that the majority of reasonable supporters should be better at taking a stance against the hateful hardcore supporters. I'm talking the PUMA's in 2008 the BernieOrBust people in 2016 and yes, people like the ones mentioned in this thread.

Likewise, it is certainly NOT true that most pragmatic/moderate democrats can't tell the difference between Trumpists and the left. Indeed we can most certainly tell the difference. What frustrates a lot of pragmatics is how the extreme approach of segments on the left scares away people from the democrats and creates division within the party, ultimately leading us to four more years of Trumpism. It is perfectly possible to have a civil discourse about which direction the party should take without demonizing each other.
