Where from if you don't mind? Westeros.org seems like a much calmer community than where you're at

And also, It's not calmer by much, there was the same level of hatred there as everywhere else.

It's gotten to the point where if you express a positive opinion, you're instantly not a fan of the show. It's hard for an outsider to see the fanbase as anything other than a bunch of spoilt, whiny, petulant infants. Words of my mother, not me. Hard to see as otherwise, because this is the third fanbase I've gotten explicit death threats from, and I thought this was the most mature of the three.

Sad to be proven wrong.

Okay, something else I need to get off my chest.

More people have threatened to kill me. I'll keep the game going out of obligation to you guys, but without the enthusiasm I had for it before.

And no, I will not listen to anyone who tries to convince me to hand this over to someone else. I started this, and I'll make damn sure it's finished.

People suck, especially internet cowards who hide behind screens; trolling has become so mainstream that the vitriol behind some of it has as well.

I will say that in my time at westeros.org, I've said a range of insane things, spat in the face of both books and show, and never once received a death threat there or anywhere, and that includes me telling Texas Justice while insisting Cersei deserved to be raped for her crime of killing her fellow child friend. It was in troll jest, but yeah even that didnt get hate crimes thrown at me

Out of curiosity also, did you send those Turn orders then?

Last time, my PMs counted as orders provided I CC’d him with the detailed plans.

Alright how did we go from this:

Queen Regent Cersei Baratheon
-Crownlands army; 3,000 strong
-Royal Fleet; 12 ships
-Army of the Riverlands; 10,000 strong
-City Watch of King's Landing; 4,000 strong
(Can recruit 5,000 Crownands troops and additional Lannister forces

To this:

Queen Regent Cersei Lannister
-Crownlands army; 3,000 strong
-Army of Riverrun; 25,000 strong
-Royal Fleet; 12 ships
-City Watch of King's Landing; 4,000 strong
(Can recruit 5,000 Crownands troops)

That seems an insane amount for one muster with all the damage Robb inflicted during the war...

The Westerlands can muster up to 50,000 troops... I actually think it shouldn’t be completely exhausted, as Stafford’s army of recruits(probably not very large) was largely destroyed and Tywin lost maybe 6-7,000 at the Fords.

Jamie lost all but 3-4000 men at the siege of riverrun, plus Tywin losing 6-7k at ruby fords, the green fork and his forced march, plus the battle of oxcross host getting decimated which was probably another 10k, and youre looking at over half the Lannister forces spent and that's before I just decimated a host of another 10000.

I'm mostly concerned however, that its also a very short time to have mustered that many men, trained and armed them, and then matched them to riverrun, considering Stafford Lannisters host was scraping the bottom of the barrel, as it were; I raised 5000 in the Vale in the time it took 25000 to show up at Riverrun from the West.

Not trying to piss in anyones Cheerios and GOTFan's word is law as GM, but my mind is a bit boggled by it and making me think mayhaps LF played his hand too early Wink

I am trying to be as balanced as i can. Managing this while trying to complete the final year of my degree and having to be on the lookout for people stalking me is more taxing that I realised.

Of course. I will be insanely busy for a couple of days anyway.

Yes in the turn update it said she married the Warden of the West Daven Lannister. (not too sure how happy the faith will be about that cousin shagging)

It is hardly unusually. Joanna and Tywin, Paxter Redwyne and Mina Tyrell, Ned’s parents, Jared Frey, and many more besides.

Marriage between cousins is acceptable in Westeros. As Kingpoleon said, Tywin married his cousin.
