Why Sanford?  From everything I've heard, he's been a decent Governor.

Yea. There are plenty other Governors deserving to be ranked one of the worst instead of him.

Sanford is sort of a maverick type, not inclined to compromise... I think it makes him a better national candidate, not a worse one, but it also means he doesn't have a ton of bills to brag over.

Achievements are overrated anyway.
