If any Southern Delegate or citizen would like some bill ideas:

- Ban legislators from buying higher quality Toilet Paper for the capitol building

- Guns at Schools (Allow schools too poor to hire security guards to select a faculty member to train and become a Special Conservator; Allow faculty to store guns locked in their cars on parking Lots on school property; Renew the in-game pilot project permitting an Alabama school to have target shooting classes; exempt ROTC activities from school gun bans; allow retired LEOs to work as school security without jeopardizing their retirement benefits)

- Usury Ban (Cap Loans under $2,500 at 33%; Payday loans at 33% plus fee; Open Credit Line loans at 100%; Car title loans at 100%; Clarify that Internet loans made to persons in the south count under the ban)

- Daycare Regulations (Background checks for employees; require Home-based daycares to keep guns in the house in locked storage while open)

- 911 Service Charges (Prohibit billing for 911 services accidentally summoned due to Butt Dials or phone issues if occurring less than 3 times annual; Allow Payment Plans for 911 services; Prohibit emergency services from discontinuing services to someone who owes 911 service charges)

- Gun Privacy (Exempt the identity and Addresses of citizens who own or carry guns from FOIA; Prohibit Home Owners Insurance Policies from asking about gun ownership; Protections for gun ownership in public Housing)
 
- Student rights (Prohibit schools from mandating Uniforms; Prohibit schools from mandating Clear backpacks; Prohibit Criminal charges for student disruptions; Require faculty to be notified of protective orders protecting students; Cap student-counselor ratios; Protect student press per Va. 2019  HB2382; See vetoed federal law)

-Protect Riding in Truck beds on some roads; Ban red light cameras

- Resolution recognizing and or declaring a Gumbo Festival

- Emergency Preparedness (Power to Declare evacuation zones; Reform Emergency shelter contracts; Designated vehicles to assist in evacuations; Notification of evacuation orders; Stockpiles of supplies; Suspend tolls on evacuation routes)

- Require Social Security Number or Immigration Identification Number to claim in-state tuition

- Civil Law (Adopt Regional version of the in-game federal ban on SLAPP lawsuits and Foreign libel judgments)

- Contracts (Adopt Regional version of the in-game federal ban on Non-Compete clauses; Adopt Regional version of the in-game federal ban on pay secrecy clauses; Adopt a ban on restrictive Non-disparagement clauses)

- Pro Environmental (Ban added fluoride in municipal water; Ban new construction with Hydrogen Sulfide Drywall; require removal of Coal Ash stored in unlined pits)

- Authorize Land Banks (Steal Va. statute)

- Free Press Protections (Adopt Regional version of in-game federal press shield law or Va. 2019 HB2250)

- Eliminate requirement that computer repair persons need a private investigators license; Allow medical practitioners licensed in other States or regions to temporarily practice medicine at charitable or emergency clinics

- Ban Ballot Harvesting

- Crime (Increase minimum felony threshold for theft to $700; Ensure violent deaf-mute criminals who cant be taught sign language can be detained; Set a speedy trial minimum for crimes of say 100 days unless voluntarily delayed by the defendant; slayer and son of sam statutes to prohibit criminals from profiting through either inheritance or book sales; Good samaritan immunity for non-drug dealers who report overdoses and cooperate with LEOs in the subsequent investigation; loosen bans on open containers in certain public places)

- Labor (Protect public Employees who express Breastmilk based on federal woke worker language; allow public EMT & Fire employees to carry guns on duty; Allow attorney Fees for wage theft cases; clarify that employee requests for paystubs need not be in writing; clarify Students cant unionize; clarify going on Strike does not equal unemployment; clarify strong Independent Contractor Definition; require Meetings of public sector unions to be public meetings open to the public with notice requirements; Paycheck protection to prevent unrequested payroll deductions absent a court order based on federal woke worker language)

- Model Zoning Code

- Rules/Protections for children under 19 who get Tattoos and Piercings

- Prohibit bans on Cellphones in Courthouses; weaken ban on using cell phone while driving to touching cell phone with hands while driving

- Give option for convicts to overturn Discredited scientific evidence (Bitemarks/Fingerprints/Polygraphs); Ban Electroshock treatment during gay conversion therapy; Ban Gay Panic Defense like in Lincoln; Prohibit involuntary sterilization of prisoners and mentally incompetent; Make involuntary commitments harder and require more frequent chances to end)

- Prohibit Disparate Impact analyses in determining government policy

- List examples of when government sex discrimination is OK (bathrooms/dorms/sports) and clarify drycleaning and laundering prices based on material of clothing is not discrimination on the basis of sex

- Resolution condemning blackface

- Repeal welfare program for student athletes

- Animal Cruelty (It shall be unlawful for any person to cosmetically alter any companion animal. The only exception to this shall be for procedures performed under proper anesthesia, by a veterinarian licensed in the southern region. For purposes of this section, "tail docking", "ear cropping", "debarking" and "declawing" shall be considered cosmetic alterations. "Microchipping", "tattooing"; "ear tipping"; and "fur coloration" shall not be considered cosmetic alterations.)
