Yes, although I don't think I've ever gone above the DUI limit even when I wasn't driving...highest was probably around 0.06ish.

My church uses grape juice instead of wine for the Lord's Supper, which we do about once a quarter.

I have gone to church, during college, after being at a college football game where I drank beforehand. I have also gone to church, during college as well, so hungover to the point that I still may have been inebriated from the night before.
