The Democratic Party's base is shifting from white working class males in the Midwest, Northeast and South to a multicultural ascendant liberal coalition.

Who is the poor man's Joe Biden and Sherrod Brown left in the Democratic Party that is in their same lane and could take their "WWC" mantle?

This is the right answer. Connor Lamb and Jared Golden are too impressive. Tim Ryan fits the bill because he seems fairly mediocre.
