Actually, Rubio is more popular than Scott. So he would win the primary.

Is this of all Floridians or just Republicans? I’d assume Rubio would be better liked than Scott among non-Republicans since he’s more moderate. Scott could still be more popular within the conservative base.

Rick Scott had a 68 percent approval rating where as Rubio has around a 44 percent approval rating.

Not to mention, Rubio lost the his home state of Florida in the primaries by double digits to a Northeastern Republican
