I hope Houston has a chance against Golden State. I don't enjoy watching dynasty teams win again, and I really don't like watching a team from the ultra-wealthy Bay Area - a region enjoying nothing but success and victory for the past 30 years - winning.
Uh, what. When I started watching Bay Area sports in the mid 2000s pretty much all the teams sucked. Recent success in the last 10 years has been the Giants who appear to be done with 3 titles in 5 years and the Warriors who started winning in 2015.

When I say "success and victory" I'm not talking about sports. You have Google, Apple, Twitter, and more.

I find it interesting because I always felt like the Golden State vs. Cleveland series was a great narrative for sports, culture, and economics in the current US. And how did it ultimately end? The rich got richer and the King moved his seat from the blue-collar heartland to the rich and powerful city on the coast. There's few better ways to encapsulate of narrative of today's America.

Portland with Nurkic would have had the best chance to beat the warriors as they could actually force the Warriors ISO far more than they normally do and I would say Lillard is the better ISO player than Curry (Heck this year I would say Lillard has been better overall ).

Durant still would be a huge problem but our team is very deep so the Blazers role players could make up for it

Warriors already beat Rockets and Trailblazers. Kyrie got more playoff experience than Bucksm

76ers and Warriors in Finals

I think 76ers and Rockets in Finals is reasonable

But I do wonder if Philly can defeat Milwaukee in a series

I like Soccer and Basket-Ball. I'm pleased with women's BB.

The NBA playoffs are the real and serious competition in any NBA season. The defense are tougher and the intensity if higher. I like the NBA playoffs and I follow it more than the Regular Season.

Lillard !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a game just what a game

Congratulations. I maintain that it is extremely difficult for any particular NBA moment to be remembered by the public consciousness, but I'm sure this will go down in Portland history as an iconic moment.

Once again, Warriors blow a game they should of won; Houston gotta love the Warriors being extened.  Moreover, biggest threat to Warriors are the Bucks

Milwaukee-Boston should be a fun series

So should if it happens,

Warriors-Rockets

Philly-Toronto should also be good

Portland-San Antonio
Or
Portland-Denver, just does not have the same excitement to it,

though a Denver v. Houston or Golden State, Conference Final, would be fun

Anyway,
Go 76ers

Yeah, a Philly fan in Morris County, I know

Portland with Nurkic may actually be favored against a Warriors team without Curry and Thompson lmao.

But the injury luck went the other way sadly.

After Game 5 of the Warriors loss, KD got mad about Patrick Beverly; they haven't lost since.  They willl win the title

Losing Game 1 was the best thing that could happen to the Bucks. 3-0 run, destroying the Celtics on their home court after all the arrogance, will finish it up in Milwaukee and move on to the ECF.

Warriors are guarenteeing a Gm 5 home victory, and winning Gm 6. With Steph Curry, they toy with their opponents and then win at the end. I am expecting them to do the same

We can do it , Lillard and CJ just need to play better and so do players like Aminu and Harkless .

Only if we had Nurk though , if we did we really could have won it all
