In Iran, the Vice President is infected. So presumably we can expect some eventual spread among the U.S. political leadership unless they all run away and hide in an undisclosed location while leaving the rest of us to rot.

Who will be infected? How widespread will infection be among the political leadership? When will special elections be held to replace the fallen, and how will special elections be held without turning polling places into disease incubators? Or will our political leadership just let them be disease incubators and say, "oh well?"

Options 1-2 are President/VP
Options 3-6 are main Congressional leadership
Options 7-13 are Dem Presidential candidates
Options 14-22 are SCOTUS

It seems to have infected the whole Trump Administration with extra levels of stupid and vile. (An achievement commensurate with sinking even lower after hitting the bottom of Challenger Deep.)

Disgusting, when you monitor what happens around the world. This thing is nothing for political games. It needs a coordinated response and actions by all levels and branches of govt for the common good. This isn't a partisan thing and for our leaders time to behave like adults.

We really need to set up a gofundme to buy RBG a bubble that she can live in for the next year or 2. Throw Stephen Breyer in there also. It would be good to get one for Sotamayor also, diabetes is a risk factor, isn't it?

Someone who 1) Interacts with many people on a day-to-day basis, 2) is from an area with a large transitory population, and 3) doesn't understand the spread of diseases or exercise good hygiene/diet. Sounds like Trump, Pence, and maybe Schumer and Biden.
