Not state run stores. My provincial government has a near-monopoly on retail sales of liquor and cannabis. I don't have any experience with the cannabis stores, but our liquor stores suck compared to the States and the parts of Canada that let the private market sell booze.

Prices are high, selection is poor, and it's near impossible to get craft beer from outside my region.

As per the other thread, I think weed should not be in general retail, but I see no problem with them being in the same establishments as distilled beverages and tobacco.

As with alcohol, I believe it should be sold in general retail along with pot shops where proper regulations apply.

For the same reasons as DC, I don't like state-run stores.

I picked 2, I believe in zoning laws and it's probably best to make sure that it's stores selling them who can verify kids aren't using it or whatever. Considering that it's perfectly acceptable for your average grocery/convenience store to sell much more dangerous substances, I see no problem in allowing any store to sell weed.

yeah, that children bit isn't cool since that's most places, lose it and don't tax it too much or you'll keep a large black market like the west coast legalized states have.  No additional taxes and sell it everywhere from Taco Bells to Wal Marts to lemonade stands.

Weed should be sold in most places, as recreational and medical marijuana should be federally legalised. I believe Weed should be sold like Cigarettes in Gas Stations and Stores and such, there could also be weed specific stores like Liquor Stores.
