Montana Sen. Steve Bullock to run for President

Helena, Montana
Today, Montana's junior senator Steve Bullock announced his candidacy for President at a campaign event in the state's capital. Bullock, formerly Montana's governor, defeated Steve Daines in the 2020 Senate election. In his speech, Bullock touted his moderate credentials and promised to find a bipartisan solution to the economic crisis.

Bullock Platform
- Bipartisanship: The deadlock between the parties is a major reason why the recession continues. During his 8 years as Montana governor and as the state's senator, Bullock has been willing and eager to work with both Democrats and Republicans to create sensible solutions to the problems facing Montana and the country. As President, Bullock will work with the leaders of both parties to craft a bipartisan solution to finally alleviate the recession's worst effects.
- Include All Americans: Bullock is from a rural state, and thus understands the need for the Democratic party to respect the interests of all Americans, not just those in coastal and urban regions.  As President, Bullock will be a voice for Rural America, by supporting legislation to protect farmers, unions, and small business and by ensuring everyone is included in America's economic recovery.
- Our Rights: Bullock believes that all Americans should have basic rights in the 21st century. He supports LGBTQ+ rights, net neutrality, and a path to citizenship for those not fortunate enough to be born in America. As President, Bullock will support legislation to fix America's immigration system and restore net neutrality, and will act vigorously to ensure the progress in LGBTQ+ rights over the past decades will not be reversed.

The Bullock campaign will focus on increasing name recognition, and will campaign mostly in the states of Iowa and Nevada.

Over my career, I've worked with anyone, anywhere, anyhow to get stuff done. As District Attorney, as a US Senator, and as Attorney General of the United States. (Cheers) I know what justice looks like. For little black girls in a Church, I brought them justice. (Cheers) For women brave enough to speak out against their attacker. (Cheers) And for all Americans fighting to a fair chance in this country, I'm fighting for justice! (Cheers) And that's why I'm running for President of the United States! (CHEERS) So ya'll, this campaign will be long, and grueling, and hard. But it is our job, with every generation of Americans, to bend the moral arc of the universe a little closer towards justice. Let's get out there, let's fight hard, and let's win this nomination! Thank you!

That's a great question. I think it's so important that we work to fix the opioid crisis, especially in rural communities. New England and the couth have been fit the hardest and I think that's just wrong. But what not enough people realize is that these people don't need a jail cell, they need our help. (Cheers) Too many people are being judged and isolated because of this disease. As President, I'll make sure that we expand and invest in rural hospitals, hold the drug companies accountable, and get these people the help that they deserve! (Cheers)

Thank you Columbia! (Cheers) It's so great to be back in the Palmetto State and the first-in-the-south primary state! (Cheers) Look, we have our work cut out for us. But, I've never been more optimistic about the direction of this country. I'm running for President because I believe that our best days are still ahead! (Cheers) But, we need to start listening to one another. I believe that we need to be able to reach across the aisle, be bipartisan, and get stuff done. (Cheers) As President, I won't be afraid to work with Republicans, Independents, Democrats, you name it. I think we need to start seeing each other as fellow Americans, not enemies from opposing teams. (Cheers)

Mike Pence for President 2024
Christian, Conservative, Republican...

Speech at Polk county GOP on July 4th

Quote
Hello Polk county Republicans! We are here on our nation's Independence day, and we are here to discuss some of those rights, the first right they wanted was to be free from unjust or undue taxation. Now I think taking 40% of someone's hard earned income is unjust and undue, so when I'm President we're gonna slash that rate. The next right they fought for is the right to own and operate a firearm, now I own a firearm, and I support the 2nd amendment, we need to make sure the Liberals in Washington don't take them away.

They fought for liberties so all men could be equal, veterans died so all men could be equal, all men are equal because not for the constitution says so, but because it is what god said. I am like I have said many times before, a Christian, a Conservative, and a Republican in that order. We need to focus on winning back the rights endowed to us by our creator and we need to fight against the forces of tyranny and injustice that attempt to steal the fruits of our labor and the sweetness of our liberty.

Polk county Republicans, I am running for President because I want to lower taxes, protect the 2nd amendment, and turn this nation around. 4 years of Democrat rule, has led to higher taxes, less gun rights, and a bleeding economy, we need a Conservative in the white house to fight back against the big government elitist agenda that is being propagated. If you elect me in November, the era of big government will truly be over.

Martha McSally Campaign Ad (Failed) Airing in IA, NH, SC, NV

Martha McSally: I'm Martha McSally and I approve this message

Narrator: When Mike Pence shows you those ads, there's one thing that he doesn't tell you. He failed as Governor of Indiana and he failed as Vice President

Narrator: As Governor, Mike Pence cut nearly $12 million dollars from Indiana's prison system. Making it harder to keep criminals away from the population. Mike Pence's actions were not conservative, instead he took the steps of pro-crime liberals by slashing prison funding

Narrator: Even worse, Mike Pence cut Indiana's education funding by nearly $24 million. Leaving Indiana to lag behind the nation in education.

Narrator: But it gets even worse, in 2014, Indiana's economy was one of the slowest growing in the nation at a miniscule 0.4 percent GDP growth.

Narrator: But, Mike Pence was not done. After spending four years in an administration that promised conservative values, but did not give us them, him and Trump scared away foreign businesses with their tariffs and withdrawing from trade deals, forcing American consumers to buy more expensive products. Mike Pence's trade agenda is an exact copy of failed isolationism from the 1890's.

Narrator: Now, Mike Pence wants to bring all of his failures to the White House, don't let him to do it

Narrator: CINO Mike Pence, a Conservative In Name Only

Doug
Jones
Justice for All

Endorsements:

Senator Jeanne Shaheen(D-NH)
Quote
I've known Doug for a long time and I know that he will fight for the people of New Hampshire and America. He got stuff done in Alabama, the US Senate along with me, and as Attorney General. Doug is committed to justice for ALL people.

Congressman Chris Pappas(D-NH)
Quote
Doug Jones is a tireless advocate for LGBTQ issues and I saw that up-close in Congress. Now, more than ever, we need Doug in office to protect all people's rights and to make sure that we have the values of rural America in the Oval Office.

Congresswoman Terri Sewell
Quote
I've known Doug for a long time and I was so excited when he ran for the Senate in 2017. We worked hard in Alabama to make sure that we had a decent man in that Senate seat and we proved to the rest of the world that our state has come a long way. Now, America has another chance to prove just how far we've come. Let's elect Doug!

Senator Joe Manchin(D-WV)
Quote
Doug and I will work with anyone to get things done for our states, from fighting the opioid epidemic to increased infrastructure funding. Doug has been a fantastic Attorney General and I voted for him enthusiastically for the position. Now, I want Doug in the Oval Office so we can have a President that can work across the aisle to fix the financial and social problems in this nation. We need a problem solver. We need Doug Jones.

Doug Jones Ad #1: "Leader"
Running in IA, NH, SC, MS, LA

Right now, more than ever, we need a President willing to stand up for what's right.

We need a leader willing to fight for the American people, not special interests.

The fighter, the leader, we need today is Doug Jones.

Doug has fought for American families his entire life, leading the way for justice to be served for 4 little girls years after a racially-charged bombing shook their church.

And working across the aisle, with leaders in both party's, to get stuff done in the US Senate and as Attorney General.

Now, we need Doug as President to fix the problems in America and to lead this country towards a better future.

A future with justice

For All.

Former Vice President Dick Cheney endorses Martha McSally

Senator Martha McSally is the only candidate in this race who supports a foreign policy of American exceptionality. I am glad that Senator McSally recognizes America's need to be the best possible nation that it can be overseas. That's why I'm endorsing Senator McSally

Former Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell endorses Martha McSally

Senator Martha McSally was a tireless fighter for the Republican agenda in the Senate. Senator McSally fought for conservative, Republican values, during her time in the Senate, and I'm confident that she'll continue to fight for conservative values as President of the United States. That's why I'm endorsing Senator McSally

HAWLEY 2024
Endorsement Statements from All Hawley Endorsers (So Far)

Quote from: Brian Sandoval
In my two years in the US Senate, I've met a lot of the contenders for President this cycle, but none have stood out to me as much as Senator Hawley. He's young, he's driven, and he's ready to put America back on its feet after the recession left it a bit wobbly. So I'm proud to announce I'm endorsing him for President of the United States!

Quote from: Dan Crenshaw
Look, folks. We don't need some sort of nut from either side of the aisle in the White House. We need a solid, sensible conservative there, and I think Josh Hawley's that solid, sensible kind of guy. So yeah. Hawley for President!

Quote from: Ted Cruz
Here in the Lone Star State, we don't do things by half measures. We fight to win, and we like to see reasonable conservatives in the White House. Men like George H. W. Bush, a veteran, a hero, and a truly great man, regardless of what idiot coastal liberals would have you believe. Men like Ronald Reagan, who brought America back to its conservative roots. And men like Josh Hawley, who's fought for conservative issues since his first day in the Senate, the same way I did. We're both fighters, Josh and I, so I'm proud to endorse him for President of the United States.

Quote from: Kim Reynolds
Josh and I won hard elections in the same cycle, and we've both served our constituents in a massive capacity since. I think we stand for a lot of the same things, and that's why he's my pick for President of the United States!

Quote from: Mark Amodei
I'm a Nevadan. For years, presidential candidates have come to me, asking for my endorsement. And I've always put a lot of thought into who I supported, since, you know, that could well be the next President of the United States, for Pete's sake! And so, after long consideration, I've decided to give my endorsement to a young man I've come to respect an awful lot in the six years we've worked together: Senator Josh Hawley!

Quote from: Lindsey Graham
I've seen a lot of people come and go in the Senate, and there are few who've inspired me as much in as little time as Senator Hawley. I'll gladly endorse him for President of the United States.

Former House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy endorses Martha McSally

Senator Martha McSally has been a friend to the cause of the Republican Party. She has repeatedly voted in favor of conservative values, and will continue to support them as President. That's why I'm endorsing Senator McSally
