But how can conservative people challenge an abortion law, unless I could ask you to decide if the previous law did not produce an "undue" burden, I'm guessing any law has to followed Planned Parenthood v. Casey

Well, the Atlasian constitution is not exactly the same as the RL US Constitution; and the Lincoln constitution is most definitely not the same as any RL US state.

While it would be extremely annoying for the judges since I don't think any of them are experts in law, in theory someone could try to bring a Supreme Court case trying to overturn Planned Parenthood v Casey and Roe v Wade. If I was a Supreme Court judge I would actually deny certiorari for that as long as there was some even remotely valid reason, but it's a possibility nontheless.

Another option could be for someone to introduce a constitutional ammendment or a law in Atlasia's federal legislature banning abortion. It's unlikely to get anywhere, but it's also a possibility.

Lincoln Abortion Ban Repeal Act

to return Lincoln to a common sense reproductive health law

Section I

1. The Lincoln Abortion Ban Repeal Act (L 15.7) is repealed, and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted.

2.The Lincoln Abortion Ban Act (L 11.30) is repealed, and the provisions of law amended or repealed by such Act are restored or revived as if such Act had not been enacted.

Section II

1. This act takes effect immediately upon signing by the governor.
