Probably one of the Plains states. the Dakotas and Nebraska seem boring as hell.
I would have said Alabama or Mississippi but at least they have some culture and history.

Oh yeah, I agree with this. as someone who's from SoCal, I definitely couldn't live somewhere where it gets that cold and snowy. it would be absolutely miserable for me.
