Top 5:
- Seattle
- DC
- Denver
- San Francisco
- Boston

Bottom 5:
- Birmingham
- Oklahoma City
- Cincinnati
- St. Louis
- Indianapolis

The only one of my bottom five that I've been to is Cincinnati, which probably explains why they're on that list - except for Cincinnati.
