NY-24 is a lean-Democratic district that Republican John Katko somehow held down in 2018. How would you rate it in 2020?

On the one hand, he's probably not going to get anywhere near as many crossover votes as he got in 2016. On the other hand, this district seems to be trending Republican, and even if it does vote Democratic at the presidential level again in 2020, it probably won't be by a huge margin. Lean R for now.
