Best:

NEWHART.  A stupid final episode, but the last 3 minutes came out of nowhere and made me laugh out loud.  (It helps, though, if you get the joke.)  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=McVWkGWMHKI

Worst:

SEINFELD.  OK, maybe not the worst, but I found it pretty underwhelming.
