Assume the 22nd Amendment would only apply to non consecutive terms, would Obama run again in 2020? I think some high ranking Dems would strongly encourage him to do so, and if he did, he'd easily win the nomination and beat Trump by a clear margin. Thoughts? You might post maps and suggest the primary/VP candidates.
