What's the...
*most fertile area of land
*with the best weather & climate
*the best soil and clean fresh water
*with the most abundant plants that are a good source of all  food nutrients humans need (growing naturally in this land, with minimal need for human or technological intervention)
...in the world?

I'd say Puerto Rico is a candidate here.

You can throw fruits/roots/vegetables out the windows, and trees/plants will grow unattended. Birds will drop random seeds in your backyard, and you can have any number of different fruit trees growing there in a year.

There are always fruits/vegetables in season.

Rivers and oceans abound.

Ground is fertile practically everywhere (there are palm trees in the mountains, even).

It really depends on what you're trying to grow, and also the technology level you're working with.  In ancient times with limited plowing/irrigation technology and crop packages, dry river valleys like the Euphrates and Nile were ideal.  Later on, places like the Beauce region and the Yangtze and Ganges River Deltas emerged as wet rice agriculture and heavy plows became widespread.

In the modern era, places like Iowa and the Ukraine have been the most agriculturally productive.  Though I'm not sure if anyone would claim that either of these places have "great weather" (humans evolved for much warmer climates).

In terms of places where you could live off the land?  Historically the Pacific Northwest had some of the most dense and most settled hunter gatherer populations due to our legendary salmon runs.

My home town and region have been repeatedly given the title of best climate in the world (and it's used as a common selling point by tourist ads), so them Cool

Worth noting that we don't qualify for any of the other 3 points (land isn't exactly the most fertile, fresh water is scarce and there aren't many plants), but who cares Tongue
