I doubt Kentucky is as hellishly hot as say AL,MS, AZ or FL. It is in the South, but at the very northern tip. Kentucky is also in the interior, and far from the coast, so it would be way less humid then TX or FL.

It is also the best place in the US to start a meth lab Breaking Bad style.

From Kentucky, pretty much spot on.
