Blago's gotta be up there because of how egregious his corruption was. Probably also Greitens, but his term was so short that it barely counts.

I've heard rumors the FBI wiretapped his Statehouse office in Springfield & his Northwest Chicago home around 2004. Was that true ?

Wonder how much $$$ Illinosians had to pay up whenever he commuted from Chicago to Springfield ?

Despised in their state or nationwide?
Because Palin and Walker are hated by liberals everywhere but I doubt they are THAT unpopular back home.

Bob Taft had a mystically low approval rating.

Didn't see Frank Murkowski and Ernie Fletcher on the list.

Also Matt Blunt had some dismal approval ratings as well.

These were certainly much lower than some of the names on the list. Allen was rather popular when he left office as Governor. I don't recall how low Palin was by 2009, but Murkowski was in the teens and twenties in 2006 if memory serves me.

Also I'm surprised Chris Christie isn't on the list.

Why isn’t Edwin Edwards on the list?
Because a lot of people in Louisiana like him.

Blago is a punchline. I don't think he's as despised as all that.

Christie, Snyder, Fallin, and Brownback all cause far stronger feelings of hatred, I think.

Snyder is still loved and adored in many parts of the state. Half of the Republicans say the Flint Water Crisis was the Democrats’ fault, the other half love Snyder because of it, because it hurt the right kind of people.

"Hurt the right kind of people" is code for those uppity minorities correct ?

Exactly. People still write into my local paper’s opinion page proclaiming that Snyder was the best governor ever.
