Gore wins those states but not West Virginia?

Gore does better in the South, but in this scenario I'm also tempted to say Bush does better outside the South (compared to the IRL timeline of course), so I think the result would be similar to the IRL one in terms of PV and EVs, but not necessarily in terms of which states each candidate won. Maybe in this scenario Gore has the edge but I think it would still be close.

I'll look into it a bit and post my precise guesses later.
